Richard Vernon Allen
	Richard applied for a SS number on 2/15/1938. At that time he lived at 1200 Rosewood St., Inclewood, CA., and worked for Prairie Ave. Transitlines. Moved to CA with the rest of the Allen family. His wife Louise did not go with him to California.
