Caroline Virginia Johns
	Caroline "Carrie" Johns grew up at the Johns plantation near Auburn, North Carolina. She attended Salem Academy in Old Salem, North Carolina. Carrie Johns Allen died in 1924 at the home of her daughter Nannie Allen Bryan in Garner, NC.
