To my dearly beloved wife, an annuity of £25 in lieu of dower, or thirds which she might be entitled to, same to be charged on the lands of Drummee, and should said lands not suffice, the remainder to be charged on my other lands.
Residue of said sale and of my lands to Henry Brooke and John Watkin, Esqs. and Frances Marartney, attorney,  and their heirs in trust to preserve same during the minority of my two sons James and William respectively or during the minority of any other child my wife may be pregnant with it if born, and when 21 share and share alike, and if the child my wife is pregnant with is a daughter, said dau. to receive £500 for a marriage portion.
Should all my children die without issue during their minority said profits in trust to pay to my wife £300, and the remainder to my brother John Beatty and his issue, failing him then to my sister Jane Watkins and her issue, failing her then to my four brothers-in-law, James, Robert, John and William Beatty, and my sister-in-law Jane Marartney and their children equally.
Appoint John Armstrong of Brookborrough, merchant, my brother John Beatty and my brother-in-law William Watkins, to be exors, and request said John Armstrong only who is a man of business to take out admin. of my will and to execute same.
