   Memorial of Mortgage dated 16 January 1773 between Thomas Meyler of the City of Dublin, looking glass maker, of the one part; and Edward Beatty of the City of Dublin, stationer, of the other part.
   Reciting at length the 12 respective leases from the Corporation of Dublin dated 20 Sept 1770 (as in 197-143 - 194319)
   Reciting the deed of partition dated 9 January 1773 (i.e. No. 194319)
   Reciting the endorsement on said deed of assignment from Jeffry Gilton to Edward Beatty (as in No. 194319).
   Reciting that said parties had erected and made 18 good substantial dwelling houses on said premises.
   Witnesseth in consideration of the sum of £800 Thomas Meyler mortgaged his one third interest in the premises to Edward Beatty. Proviso of Redemption.
   Said mortgage and this memorial witnessed by Wm. Deey of Dublin; Pub:Not: and Frances McAnalkly of Dublin, gent.
   Francis McAnally swears as to the witnessing in Dublin 4 May 1778.

   Memorial of Assignment endorsed on a deed dated 14 Aug. 1759 whereby Hester Gross sole administrator of John Gross, late of Dublin, weaver, demised to Rose Doran of City of Dublin, perfumer, the South side of a shop on the Blind Quay, leading from Cork hill, Dublin and then held by said Rose Doran, also the south Street room up two pairs of stairs in said house over said shop also the use of the dirt hole and pipe on said premises during said Hester Gross' interest therein; viz for 26 years from 28 March preceding at £12 rent; which lease was on 21 Feb, 1763 assigned by Elizabeth Mageness, one of the legatees of Rose Doran to William Beatagh of Dublin, watch maker, in consideration of £30, for which there is a receipt signed by Elizabeth Mageness endorsed on said assignment. Witnesseth that Wm. Betagh in consideration of £20 assigned his interest in said premises to James Byrne of Dublin, shoemaker to hold under said lease of 1759 from Hester Gross.
   Said Assignment witnessed by Anthony Finican, gent, deceased, Rebecca Mills of Dublin; and Patrick Hyner of Dublin, gent.
   Memorial witnessed by Patt Hyner and Henry Reynolds of Dublin, gent. Patt Hyner swears to the witnessing at Dublin 7 Aug. 1766.
