May 23, 1765. “Rev John Batty of Timolin, Co. Kildare, Clke acting Exor of the Last Will and Testm’t of Anne Jones late of the city of Dublin, widow, dec’d of the one part and Mary Nairac of the city of Dublin Spinster of the other part.” Rev. John Batty farm let to Mary Nairac “tenement situate on the North side of Longford Street in the said city of Dublin wherein the said Ann Jones then lately dwelt.” Lease for 31 years with yearly rent of £30. Witnesses: Wm. Crowe & Richard Cudmore of the city of Dublin, gentlemen. Registered May 31, 1765. |
